Occidental Jewelry Price Inquiry Service Agreement

By submitting a price inquiry through the Occidental Jewelry website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Inquiry Process

To complete your price inquiry, you must create an account and provide accurate information, including your contact details and specific needs for the products.
After submission, you will receive a personalized response within 24-48 hours, which may include a quote, further questions, or the offer of a paid sample.

2. Pricing and Samples

Prices provided in the inquiry response are subject to change based on market conditions and order specifications.
Samples are available upon request and are subject to a fee, including shipping charges, which will be paid by the customer unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.

3. Customization

If you request custom orders, Occidental Jewelry will provide further details regarding production timelines, custom options, and associated costs.

4. Confidentiality

All information provided during the inquiry process will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

5. Payment Terms and Shipment

If a price quotation is accepted, you will receive a proforma invoice outlining the terms of payment, delivery, and production timelines.
Payment terms will be specified in the proforma invoice, and production will only begin upon receipt of the deposit as agreed upon.
Shipment will only be made upon receipt of the deposit as agreed upon in the proforma invoice.
Please note that shipping costs for samples and future shipments are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.

6. Account and Portal Access

Your account will be used solely for the purpose of managing your price inquiry. There is no further content within the portal itself. All communications and pricing details will be sent to you directly via email.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Once production begins on a custom order, cancellation is not allowed.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA and Taiwan, and any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate legal channels.
